Make an Impact
In Acts chapter 1, as Jesus is preparing to return back to heaven, he gives his disciples one last instruction:
"But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you. And you will be my witnesses, telling people about me everywhere--in Jerusalem, throughout Judea, in Samaria, and to the ends of the earth." (Acts 1:8)
As Christians, Jesus commands us to be witnesses to his kingdom both at home and throughout the world. We are called, through the power of the Holy Spirit, to help bring God's kingdom on earth.
