Methodist Church Cross Duck United Methodist Church:

A place of worship, fellowship, discipleship, ministry and witness.

Fellowship

"Consequently, you are no longer foreigners and aliens, but fellow citizens with God's people and members of God's household," Ephesians 2:19.

Wednesday Night Covered Dish Supper

Join us on May 27th starting at pm for a wonderful evening of fellowship, hot dogs, and ice cream. Help us kick off our contemporary service. We'll see you there.

Fellowship Hour

Please join us in the Fellowship Hall May 31st between the 8 and 10 AM services for coffee, donuts, and conversation. Stay a few minutes after the 8 AM service or come a few minutes early to the 10 AM service to get to know your church family. This will be an opportunity to welcome our new Duke intern, Rachel Gordon, and our new members. Please contact Alice Keim for additional information.

Dinner Eight

Dinner Eight is a fun way to get to know your church family. Twice a year we will pair up four families for four months. During that time, each family will host one get-together. The first family will host the first month, the second family will host the second month, the third will host the third month and the fourth family will host the fourth month. The get-together could be dinner at the host's home, Sunday brunch at a local restaurant, potluck dinner, dessert and coffee, bowling or anything that will promote fellowship and camaraderie. Please contact Linda Jordan for additional information.

Shepherd Program

The Shepherd Ministry works to connect people within the church. Each Shepherd has a group of people to look after and is asked to communicate with them at least four times a year. Most of the groups are organized by geographical proximity of members' homes and the home of the Shepherd. Please contact Susie Winfree for additional information.
