Our ZOE Mission to support orphans and vulnerable children in Rwanda by sponsoring a village continues with our "ZOE V" fund raising. These children are taught how to provide food and make a living through farming and animal husbandry. They are taught trades to help achieve financial independence. The total cost per child is $350 which covers expenses for a 3 year period of training. From near starvation and no shelter these children advance to being self sufficient. We began our latest fund drive as our Mission Team left for Rwanda in February and to date have received pledges to assist 215 children. Our goal for 2017 is 225 children. If you would like to sponsor an orphan go to our Home page and click on "Online Giving" or call the church office at 252-261-1525.
