Duck United Methodist Church: Duck United Methodist Church: Services-- We have two services on Sunday - 8:00 and 10:00. Child care is available at all services. We also offer a contemporary service. During the summer it is held on Wednesday night at 7 in the Fellowship Hall (the far right of the building) During the summer, our children's Sunday school classes meet for Children's Church during the 10 AM service.
Dress—As a beach community we realize that not everyone brings "church clothes" with them when they go on vacation. You will see everything from dresses and suits to T-shirts and jeans or shorts. We want everyone to feel welcome.
Parking—Space is limited but our neighbors are friendly. Parking is available in the parking lot on the right of the church. The first two spaces on each side as you pull into the lot are reserved for the vegetable stand. On the left you may park in the half towards the street of Nags Head Hammocks. The spots in front of the church include our handicapped spaces and are available to all. However, most of us leave them open for our elderly or those with small children.
The nursery is located at the far end of the hallway after you enter the center doors on the front of the church. The doors on the left lead into the sanctuary and the ones on the right lead to the Fellowship Hall.
