Welcome to Duck Church!

We hope you will join us - whether you are here for a week or a permanent resident! Duck United Methodist Church is open to all. Here are a few things to note as you plan your visit with us:

Services - We have two services on Sunday - 8:00 and 10:15. Child care is available at all services. Sunday School is available at 9:15.

Dress - As a beach community we realize that not everyone brings "church clothes" with them when they go on vacation. You will see everything from dresses and suits to T-shirts and jeans or shorts. We want everyone to feel welcome.

Parking - Space is limited but our neighbors are friendly. Parking is available in the parking lot on the right of the church. The first two spaces on each side as you pull into the lot are reserved for the vegetable stand during the summer months. On the left you may park in the half towards the street of Nags Head Hammocks. The spots in front of the church include our handicapped spaces. Parking in front is available to all. However, most of us leave these spaces open for our elderly or those with small children. Additional parking is in the back and is accessible to the church and chapel using the walkway.

The nursery is located at the far end of the hallway after you enter the center doors on the front of the church. The doors on the left lead into the sanctuary and the ones on the right lead to the Fellowship Hall. Sunday School classes are located in the central hallway and up the stairs next to the sanctuary.
