 2nd Annual CROP WALK: (Communities Responding to Overcome Poverty)

Why?: Proceeds benefit the Food for Thought Program, Beach Food Pantry, Mt. Olivet Food Pantry and Interfaith Community Outreach and World Hunger Needs (80 countries)

When? Sunday, October 19, 2008 Where? Walks begins and ends at Roanoke Island Festival Park in Manteo

Time? Registration begins at 2:00; walk begins at 3:00

Other Info? First 400 walkers registering will receive a T-shirt; children’s activities planned for 2-2:45.

Want to participate: Call Lynn Blackburn at 261-6514 for a walker’s packet or see her at church each Sunday between now and October 12!!
