Offer Your Gift of Song to God!

Singing makes you feel good. It is fun and rewarding. Please consider joining our choir
and offer your time and talent as part of your stewardship. We enjoy singing and offering
our gifts to God every Sunday. The choir is a very socially engaging group who cares for
one another and enjoys the time spent together in rehearsals, services and social events.

We always welcome new members!

Our choir is busy rehearsing for the fall season. If you enjoy singing and you are
interested in the joining the choir, please come to choir rehearsal.
We meet every Thursday evening from 7:00-8:30 in the choir room.

There is a robe & stole waiting for you!

CHANCEL CHOIR
The DUMC Chancel Choir sings each week, leading the congregational hymns,
singing anthems and responses, and singing songs for communion. The choir meets
weekly on Thursday evenings from 7:00-8:30 p.m. in the choir rehearsal room.
The music repertoire includes many styles of music - classical anthems, spirituals,
traditional hymn tunes and contemporary songs. We encourage solos
and small ensembles for those who are interested in supplemental singing.
The 4th Sunday is our fellowship breakfast sunday. The choir sings for both
services and enjoys a social time for food and fellowship between services.
We welcome permanent residents, as well as summer or part-time residents,
as members of the Chancel Choir. No audition is required.

Please contact Cezette @ 252-619-1517 for more information.
